Warranty Coverage

STONELINE® non-stick cookware purchased from Kitchen Club Malaysia is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal household use. Kitchen Club Malaysia may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear & tear of non-stick coating
  • Reduction of non-stick performance over time
  • Scratches, peeling or blistering due to high heat, empty pan heating, or metal utensils
  • Damage from abrasive cleaners or improper washing
  • Cosmetic changes, stains or discolouration
  • Misuse, accidents or commercial use
  • Use medium to low heat only
  • Never heat cookware empty
  • Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils
  • Allow cookware to cool before washing
  • Hand wash with mild detergent and soft sponge
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning

Acidic Food Storage Notice

Do not store acidic or salty food in the cookware for extended periods (e.g. tomato-based dishes, vinegar, citrus, fermented food). Damage caused by prolonged food storage is not covered under warranty. STONELINE® cookware is intended for cooking use only.

Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Clear photo or video showing the issue
  • Subject to inspection and approval

Warranty is usually honored via the local supplier or retailer, or directly through the Kitchen Club Malaysia warranty registration process at www.kitchenclub.com.my. Warranty terms may vary by model or batch. Valid within Malaysia only.
