1. What is STONELINE® cookware made of?

Die-cast aluminium body with a patented non-stick coating reinforced by real stone particles.

2. Where is STONELINE® cookware made?

Designed and developed in Germany by WARIMEX GmbH, produced in Germany or certified partner factories.

3. Is the non-stick coating safe?

Yes—PFOA-free, PFOS-free, PFAS-free, and free from harmful chemicals.

4. Is STONELINE® cookware induction compatible?

Yes. Suitable for induction, gas, electric, and ceramic stoves.

5. What’s the difference between the Classic, Future, and Roaster series?
  • Classic Series: 3.5mm base, oven-safe up to 180°C, original stone coating. Best for daily cooking.
  • Future Series: 4.5mm base, oven-safe up to 180°C, dual pouring spouts, built-in strainers, smart lid holder. Great for versatile, mess-free cooking.
  • Roaster Series: 4.0mm base, oven-safe up to 260°C, heavy-duty, large capacity. Ideal for roasting, baking, and big family meals.
6. Do I need to season my STONELINE® pan before use?

No seasoning needed. Wash with mild detergent, rinse with boiling water 2–3 minutes, and (optional) wipe a little oil on the coating.

7. How do I clean my cookware?

Hand wash with warm water, mild detergent, soft sponge. Avoid abrasives. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing prolongs coating life.

8. Can I use metal utensils?

Best to use silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils. Gentle metal utensil use is okay—avoid sharp edges.

9. What is the maximum safe temperature?

Classic/Future: Oven-safe up to 180°C
Roaster: Oven-safe up to 260°C
Do not overheat pans empty.

10. Can I cook acidic foods?

Yes, but avoid storing acidic food in the pan for long hours to protect the coating.

11. Is it safe for people with allergies?

Yes, coating contains no nickel, lead, or heavy metals.

12. How long does the nonstick last?

With proper care, 5–10 years. Avoid metal utensils, overheating, and storing acidic food long-term.

13. Is there a warranty?

Yes—1-year warranty against manufacturer defects for normal household use. Misuse, scratches, or wear & tear not covered.

14. What if the coating is scratched?

Minor scratches don’t affect safety. If coating peels, bubbles, or flakes, discontinue use and contact support.
